  Worst company I have ever known. Had the water heating entailed it went wrong three times. Every time it a great deal of pushing to ever get anything done about each fault . They eventually replaced the system ruining my carpet and cracking the steps outside my property. I also had a kitchen fitted 5 years ago the whole thing is now falling apart if I could give them -1 I would. They have now blocked my telephone number so I cannot contact them

  They phoned me and made arrangements to visit me on the Monday at 2PM. I had a call at 1PM to say they would be coming at 6PM. I told them that I had made arrangements to be in at 2PM and I would be out at a party at 6PM. They said that it was not a problem as they could come the next day. I told them that I would not be in and suggested Wednesday. They said that there was no pressure to buy and that they would leave the details with me in case I needed them in the future. I changed a few things around again to be in on the Wednesday morning as we had agreed to. tuesday night a man phoned to confirm the name of the rep that would be calling. They then asked if my partner would be in. I said no and that she would have no interest as she would not understand how the system worked. They then tried to insist that she was with me at the time that the rep was here. I told them that if there was no pressure to buy it there and then, then I could no see any reason for her being with me at the time. The house is mine and I make the decisions anyway. They then told me that maybe they could make arrangements to see us next time they were in the area. He said good bye and put the phone down. I had a definite feeling that it was a company that I did not want to deal with. I see that one of their ex workers has given a bad review about them anyway. I think that I may have had a lucky escape.
