After waiting on hold for OVER an hour each call...
After being hung up on by customer service members...
I am left feeling like I have been robbed for my money. I paid for my lessons to be told I will be given a driver with in 7 days. This never happened, so I thought I'd call to check up on the progress of my transaction. I was told 3 times that "someone will call me back" but I never heard anything.
Eventually I was given an email to contact about my concerns. THEN I received a poorly worded email stating > "After looking into this i will be completely honest there has been an admin error, an authorisation code has not been generated" YES this is what they sent me! Now I know that the customer services have been avoiding me like the plague due to them seeing an error on their system! Once they have your money they will ignore you and vanish with your money.
I am taking this to trading standards and I will have to take this to a small claims court if I have to take this any further. Disgusting how this can happen!
