I was a bit apprehensive at first as I’m not really a touchy feely person but Lisa put my mind at rest and within about a minute I was completely relaxed-i can’t recall the last time I was so chilled and have continued to feel relaxed all afternoon! Thank you Lisa-I will be recommending to my other mummy-to-be friends and most definitely will be back!
